ORCHESTRE DE LA LUNE was formed by American composer and instrumentalist Jon Handelsman as a vehicle for his orchestral music.
With a full and rich horn section, a high energy rhythm section, and voices added to some pieces, ODLL plays sophisticated and exuberant music, often inspired by popular dance forms, and expressed in a compositional style that freely mixes diverse currents of jazz.
